The room was not cleaned, had no sheets on the bed, hair and pests throughout, and a shower window that appeared to expose the entire bathroom to the courtyard. "This is the finest Hampton Inn we have enjoyed. The lobby was nicely decorated for Christmas, the front desk staff was top notch, the breakfasts were fine, the property is spotless, and the room was very comfortable with plenty of pillows and beds were perfect for restful sleeping. There is a very nice outdoor pool. High five!"
