I was under the impression that when I made the arrangements through your website that the price was final including the taxes.The room was not a single bed so that was uncomfortable. There was one receptionist that was really rude and she acted so cold toward us. There were no slippers in the room, and we were not happy with the room being so far away from elevators, my wife is disabled and it was inconvenient. The location was O.K. The bathroom was so small that we had to close the door then we could get into the bathtub to take a shower. When we took a shower, water was leaking undervthe bathtub onto the floor, and we had to clean up the water to keep from falling."
