"This was a nice cozy place to stay right on the beach. It was a little dated, but they are in the process of renovating phases as of April 2025. We definitely plan to stay there again sometime."

"Vacasa is a joke to work with. They tell you that Check-in isn’t until 4 pm but the code they give you to get in the door isn’t ready at 4 pm. Usually several minutes later. Happens with them many times over. "

"Overall nice place. Building is a bit dated, as is the fixtures in the unit, but well maintained. "

"Stay was great view of the ocean from the property is great even not being right on the water. Got the wrong pool code but it was an easy enough fix. Theres a couple places to eat within walking distance so that was a bonus. Picture from beach access directly in front of property "

"When I left the property, the ceiling fan was not broken but I received a message the same day that the ceiling fan that was controlled by wall switches bulb was broken and fan did not work. My credit card on file was charged for the same $250 that they had just in case something happened. We had to be out by 9 am so I forgot to take exit pictures."

"Location 5/5! So close to the beach. The unit we were in was nice, but the walls could use a cleaning. We had some service issues (internet connection, smoke detector in master bedroom started beeping at 8pm, and the water smelled like rotten eggs). All issues were addressed and corrected, but I'm guessing no one had been in the unit for a while as the WiFi router was turned off, remote control batteries dead/corroded, light bulbs burned out, etc. They don't specify in the instructions that...

"The condo was great. On the 17th floor, and has a great view of the ocean. The furniture on the balcony was comfortable. Was happy to see we had a washer dryer. Only recommendation, is for the colder months to have a blanket or throw available, when temps are 50-60, a throw is nice. "

"We loved the view and the amenities. The cleanliness was good but did have some areas for improvement. We did find a few hairs in our sheets which was unsettling. "

"It's an apartment super close to the beach, it comes with everything that you will need. The only thing I would recommend is to have at least 3 o 4 hangers in the closet, it would be so helpful ."

"Internet barely work the whole trip , tub in master bedroom was stopped up , the balcony screen fell on my toddler "

"My only issue was I didn't receive the gate code to enter the parking area for check in. Everything else was top notch."
