"Room and property very dated, but clean fairly well maintained and staff very friendly and efficient. Fantastic Beach view and great proximity to shopping and restaurants. A little expensive but more affordable than most other properties. Daily breakfast worked well for us while on vacation.
Noisy AC system, foggy windows due tomhumidity, and water pipes in the main room, strange moldy type smells in the bathroom were the only downsides."

"We had a room to level 5. It rains during the night and we heard all night the water falling in the steel gutter. It was noisy and non stop.
When I get outside in the morning I can see many steel gutter on the perimeter of the hotel. It eans every room have the same issue. You should look to replace the steel gutter by plastic gutter. The noise would probably desappear."

"As soon as you lay eyes on the place you can see how different from the pictures it is. We walked into the room and the smell was atrocious, the futon and blankets have stains all over them, the bedside table had something sticky, like soda that’s been there for days, and when we finally check the bathroom, which was the cleanest area, we look up and there was this HUGE hole on the ceiling where the vent is supposed to be.
So we go to the front desk and the receptionist mentioned that he knew...
