Hotel Mewah di Pantai Vicentina

"Modern sleek hotel in a nature park with great walking and views of the Atlantic in the far distance. Very private and great place to relax. We did not use spa or gym. A few concerns: Road in is rough in places. Lots of small things needed work - doors not sliding closed properly, hot water not there, random alarms. Biggest disappointment was the so-called gourmet dining room with over-priced skimpy meals. Breakfast were excellent though. "

"Stayed for 2 nights as a solo female traveller. Service overall was impeccable. My room was spacious with a giant bed. I'm sensitive to noise and it was very quiet in my room. Food options are very tasty with lots of nutritious options. The breakfast was one of the best I've come across. The hotel gym was well equipped for a hotel gym. The outdoor pool at the spa is adult only for most of the day so that was very welcome as there are quite a few families and young children at the main pool...

"States quite clearly, the room would be ready at 3pm, however because our flight was early we arrived at 11am, hoping a room be made available but not to be, we were told 3pm. Had a bit of lunch wandered around, came back around 3pm, the receptionist asked my name again & said the room was still not ready, come back 4pm., We returned at 4pm, the same receptionist asked my name for the third tiime … & the room was still not ready, we eventually got in at 4.30,. Great place but a shocking...
