"Bed was so uncomfortable. Could feel the springs poking into me. We took 2 rooms with 2 double beds each. All 4 beds were the same. Hotel seem to have done some aesthetic updates but beds were left out of it. "

"Our water front cottage was exactly as described. Fireplace was a real luxury to have included it was all set up ready to go and there was lots of firewood included. Loved that they included extra towels than the standard 2. Only negative would be to maybe include a few extra items in the kitchen like paper towel ,a flat tray for the oven, as you provide cooking facilities. "We originally booked an ocean view tent but were asked if we would mind taking an upgrade in an ocean view villa as the owner was away and the tents were not prepared for guests. We were fine with either option. The villa was clean, private and well appointed. The view was stunning. We did not meet any staff so cannot comment. The kitchen was well equipped for us to cook a meal. The only issue was the water conservancy. I understand tank water conservancy and have lived on tank water before, but...
