"Beautiful location. Hotel had its beauties but could have a few more updates such as better blinds for the windows. First day penguin noises woke us up at 6am. Staff could have been more helpful at times. One young male staff member walked right by my wife trying to carry her luggage up the stairs. I wasnt present at the time. There was no ramp. Other staff member need to give a more proffessional answer then a simple “no” when youre asking question. A couple other staff members were kind. Affordable place to stay if youre american for about $172 a night. Breakfast was good. The pancakes there are crepes."

"Hotel is in desperate need of renovations. Table we sat at was broken as was a chair that was simply moved to another table where someone is going to fall and hurt themselves. Damp smell in our room otherwise good. Golf course great but service and price is bad at halfway and bar."
