"The hotel was clean and wonderful. The staff were extremely friendly. The only reason for a couple of my low ratings is because the daily mandatory resort fee didn’t really get us much. If you want beach chairs or cabanas, you need to pay additional fees. "

"I have stayed at this property many times over the years. This year I was disappointed. The staff was always courteous and helpful. My view from the second floor was partially blocked by a food trailer. Ran out of wine at the Tiki bar, never restocked, although they said they would. The beds were uncomfortable and hard. The occupants in the room next to us sounded as if they were using a strap for recreational activities, with a lot of moaning and yelling."

"The staff was very unhelpful. No room service, take out available until 9pm, breakfast takeout not available on the weekends.Extemely limited menu and quite expensive for the quality. Took 4 days to get a working refrigerator. Maid service was inadequate. Hard to get blankets, took 2 days for the 2nd one. The attached restaurant didn’t accept room charge nor did the in house mini market. Bar closed at 9pm. At checkout, the luggage valet could not be reached by phone. Had to get them down stairs. The safe door did not close. The sink leaked and the drain plug did not work."

"Beach view faced buildings and a vacant parking lot. Side view of beach about 30%. We asked for ocean view at check-in and was told “the room your getting will be fine. You probably won’t stay in your room anyway”. I said we wanted to sit on balcony and enjoy the morning coffee view of ocean and would pay extra but they would not change it for us."

"One of the worst facilities we have ever stayed at! Filthy hallways leading to our crappy, smelly room. Carpet was so dirty I wouldn’t walk on it with bare feet! Actually put my shoes on in the bathroom after showering to keep from walking on the dreadful carpet. Interestingly enough, I checked the ratings (8.4 excellent) before booking…who is submitting these ratings??"

"Great stay in a good location. Room was clean. Staff was friendly and helpful. Only negative is the Wi-Fi is spotty at best."
