"Pros- the staff was excellent except house keeping. The pool was great, it stays open to 3am. There is a bar at the pool that also serves food. The food is good. This hotel is close to everything. You are steps away from the beach. You do not need to rent a car, you are surrounded by restaurants and shops.
Cons - housekeeping. I was not impressed, they do the minimum. When you ask them to change the sheets, they start speaking Spanish. One day they did not even leave toilet paper or tissue. I had to go to the front desk and I spoke to Dylan. He had it sent up immediately. I stayed a week and I had to make several requests with housekeeping. That is the only thing this hotel needs to work on. I believe they are short staffed because when I would come back to the room at 3pm, the room still was not cleaned."
