"Property was nice. Staff was lovely. The only downside was the unavailability of ac in the rooms. I went in May and had to request a fan. Can’t imagine being there during hotter months. How can a facility like this not have ac available per guests request in each room? When questioned, employee mention the ac is only available some times of the year and at that time, only heater was available. That makes no sense since everyone’s needs is different. It should be available based on guests needs....

"My friends and I stayed here for 3 nights - I wish it was 3 weeks. This was easily one of the best hotels I have ever stayed in, and not just because of the beauty of the hotel itself but because of the unbelievable service and hospitality of the staff. Because the hotel was far from the main area of Mykonos, the hotel has a shuttle that will take you to the mainland at the hour and will bring you back to the hotel 5 minutes past each hour.
