"Had an excellent experience from the time I arrived till I departed. Staff is very welcoming. Nice little touch was the Coffee, Espresso, Cappuccino, Latte, hot chocolate and hot water dispenser. I definitely would stay here when in the area."

"The staff was very nice and at first we thought the room was up to par for our taste. Upon waking the next day we found dirty underwear in the bathroom and left over beer cans on and behind the dresser. We had a talk with staff and they apologized with a bottle of Champagne."

"We had chosen this hotel because it seemed to be good quality price when we read the reviews; it was not. I guess this is what a below average hotel costs in Santa Cruz. The room smelled bad. We could have used more face cloths and one of the towels had hair on it. There was what seems to be nail polish stains all over the bathroom door and floor.
