While the location is excellent—just a short walk to the beach, restaurants, shops, and the main downtown area—the overall experience was disappointing, especially for $249.93 per night. The biggest issue was cleanliness. When we opened the bed, we found blood stains on the sheets. Housekeeping came to replace them, but the replacement sheets also had blood stains. "It was nice. But the pic when booking was not the same when you arrive to the hotel. Hotel is at the very beginning of seaside, when you first enter. Tub was nice. Barely any outlets to plug in and charge things. There was a lamp and clock on a nightstand for show, with no outlet nearby to plug it in. I like that the pull out couch was on the floor, good for kids. The lights in the room and above the kitchenette could dim so that was nice"

"The property was under construction where people where painting and all prep literally outside our door and had to stop working to move out of our doorway whenever we would leave. I had to navigate me toddler and kids down the walkway that had wet paint and sharp building materials and toxic fumes. It was terrible. The started working right outside our window at 9am—waking everyone up."

The property wasn’t too dirty but it did have an unusual oder almost like Chinese Food was left in the hallway for a couple hours. They do not offer cots, the rooms have vinyl plank floors and no couch so we had to hunt down a comforter set at a local store to make a bed on the floor for my son. "We had multiple issues during our stay that significantly impacted our experience. Upon arrival, the provided lockbox code did not work. After about 15 minutes of trying to access the room, we called support and were given a different code that worked. Inside the room, we found required paperwork that threatened fines if not completed, but no pen was provided. We had to leave the property to purchase one.
