"Wonderful staff, nice breakfast and lunch, clean room. Just keep location of balcony room, so you won't have to look at fans on the top of another building, the noise didn't allow me to enjoy the balcony at all."

"The first room had a broken toilet and the bathroom door did not shut. The second room was better, but had a musty smell. Under the bed there was a cigarette, hair tie, and trash. The positive was that it was close to a park with beach access and free parking. "

"The staff were fantastic in accommodating our large group for our suite stay. The rooms were clean and spacious. The location was close to a few restaurants so that was nice to take a walk. The pool area was well maintained. The breakfast was so good!!!! We will definitely be staying here again in the future before our cruise and for any other stay we have in Port Canaveral. "

"The room we were in really needed updating. Some of what looked like black grime on the bathroom floor, door, and shower curtain and edges of the room may have been discolored from age but just looked like dirt and grime. The bathroom door was warped and difficult to close because it scraped across the floor. The small bedside table, desk, and chest of drawers had warped and cracking on the tops in several areas. The mirrors were cloudy and old with spots as well. Good things: -great shower and water pressure ( but no shelves to put soap/ shampoo in the stall). -easy self parking right outside our room. -toilet and sink very clean and worked well. -friendly and kind staff. -excellent price."

"PROS: - Wonderful pool area for relaxing on the water and large area for young kids to play. - Great sandy area for kids to play near the bar. - Fabulous views (for the suites) of the pool and ocean. - Friendly cleaning and bar staff. - Somewhat cheaper than nearby alternatives. - Amazingly close to the beach, free beach gear rental (umbrellas, chairs, boards, push-cart). CONS: - Dirty and unkempt property in need of repairs and maintenance. - No sound dampening between rooms, could hear detailed conversations between the unused room-sharing doors. - Front-desk staff were unfriendly and rude. The place was clearly understaffed. - Beds are old and uncomfortable. Pull-out beds are in desperate need of replacement. - Only clean rooms by request (but they won't tell you). - Free breakfast is typical cheap garbage seen at low-budget American hotels (we often skipped, thankfully Starbucks, IHOP, and Waffle House are nearby). Overall, we had a fabulous week at the hotel despite its issues. Great location and good amenities if you are willing to put up with a clearly dated building and beds that leave your back in pain."
