"Found black mold in the bathroom, reeked of piss all in areas. Saw actual human feces in the walk way. No breakfast not that anything else made it a wanting experience. I’d stay away."

"The property is centrally located to Yale, Toads for concerts, is close to highway and train station. Great restaurants within a short walk. One recommendation would be a locked entry from the parking garage as there is direct access to the hotel room floors. The garage is also gated, but the added layer would have made me feel more secure. Overall, great stay and I’d definitely come back!"

"When we booked one of the big draws was the pool. However upon arrival we were told it is closed for maintenance. My plans had changed for vacation so I booked an extra day and when I checked in I informed the front desk person of this. Was told you will need to leave the room at checkout time and come back at check in time. "Stayed here the weekend of my 50th Yale reunion. I cannot thank the hotel staff for taking such excellent care of me and their other guests. Reception was friendly, welcoming, and courteous; my room was beautifully clean and spacious, design highly functional, sleep quality excellent; breakfast was simple but good, with excellent service. I have friends in New Haven, and will happily stay here again when I come to visit them."

"Our room was clean, which is about the only positive I can say. The neighborhood is very industrial, sometimes scary. The hotel is right next to a cannabis facility. One of the elevators didn't work the whole weekend. The wait was about 8 minutes in the morning to try to get to the lobby with the one existing elevator The advertised pool has been filled in.
