"The staff here were absolutely amazing—if I could give them 10 stars, I would! I’ve honestly never experienced staff who were so lovely and helpful. We only stayed for one night before heading to Albania, but we truly wished we could have extended our stay. The hotel was absolutely perfect, with fantastic amenities in the room, and everything was exceptionally clean and modern. Would highly recommend this place to anyone who is looking to travel to Corfu."

"What a magical, special place. Pristine waters and sand beaches, hotel integrated into natural landscape, breathtaking designs, great food, many activities for adults and children, central enough location so you can easily get around the island if you’d like to leave the property, fantastic attentive staff, clean spacious rooms. Hotel was incredibly child friendly - we went with our 15 month old. (Our only request is a few ramps so it’s slightly more stroller accessible to get down to beach but staff helps carry strollers down the few stairs.) My family is eternally grateful for this magical eight nights we spent at the Corfu Imperial."

"Our room was quite damp due to aircon and humidity so the Guest Experience Manager arranged for this to be changed within minutes. Reception was great and sent a bottle of wine and some treats to the room. Bar staff at the lounge bar were fantastic especially at the lounge bar, Charles and Angela and can’t remember the other guys name. Pool and Beach bar staff were good too. Some improvements needed to make it a full 5 star, it needs some better maintenance and the suite may have been refurbished but did not feel fully 5 star overall. Otherwise it was an excellent stay for 1 night."
