The front desk attendant was genuinely kind and welcoming, but he appeared to be working alone, and the hotel could benefit from additional staff. "This property was fine for a one night stay. The staff was super helpful and friendly and the location of the hotel is great!! Only two negatives: 1) The air conditioner in our room did not work well, so if you are coming in the summer and AC is a priority be aware. 2) The Expedia listing says this property has a laundry, but it does not. We were told we’d have to walk to a laundromat around a half mile away."

"Das Hotel liegt am Strand und an der Buslinie 11, dadurch kommt man gut zum Bahnhof, an der Promenade entlang und in die wunderschöne Altstadt. Das Haus ist mit Vorsicht saniert und hat seine Charme behalten. Das Frühstück ist für Italien sehr gut. Der Pool liegt beengt und bietet nur wenige Liegen. Beim Buchen muss genau geschaut werden, ob der Strand inklusive ist oder die Zimmer im Nebengebäude sind. Fahrräder am besten gleich morgens reservieren, sonst sind sie für den Abend weg. Die...
