"I had an incredible view of the water over to Tiburon and the skyline of San Francisco but I don’t think many rooms have both of those views."

"The room was very clean and looked like it was recently renovated. There were also no odors, which is important to us as we are allergic to pets and dislike the smell of smoke. I personally liked that the room didn’t have carpeting as it made for a cleaner floor. The motel is on a semi busy street so there is some street noise but the motel was thoughtful enough to provide ear plugs for those who needed it. There are also limited parking spots that’s offered on a first come first served basis....

"5 start customer service. Even on the phone when I called in to ask a few questions before checking in. Super helpful and friendly staff. Room was neat and clean, amazing view and in walking distance of all the restaurants and entertainment. Definitely going back to this place."

"This is the third time I have stayed at the Evergreen. I very much like the facilities – – environmental factors, location, and upkeep. However, the one staff person at the front desk is ill-suited to the position: she is often absent from the desk, rude, unhelpful in assisting with operating the TV, etc., and her English isalmost un understandable. She makes what would otherwise be a good stay into an unpleasant experience."

"They gave us the section that was still under renovation with some door items laying on the floor. They left the Roomba equipment in front of the door as you open it. After unpacking when I tried to use the sink, it was clogged up so I called the front desk and she said no one was there to help so she moved us to the room across. The carpets were so worn out and the rooms had a bad chemical smell. I really think it is from the cleaning chemicals they used on the carpet over the years. I...

"Great location between San Francisco and Muir Woods. Room was good, staff was very helpful, breakfast was wonderful."

"There is no rain for anyone, ever, at any time, to frequent this establishment. They left us without a room and the staff not only was rude but lying. I've never had a worse experience for lodging and I've "slept" on a cross-state bus."

"Suite was very spacious and clean and room equipment was in good working condition despite being slightly outdated. Effort was made in adding high end touches to enhance the experience like bathrobes or towels at the pool. Very easy to park and access rooms. Swimming pool and hot tub were amazing and both at perfect temperature on a chilly day. Personnel very helpful. Works love to come back. Only minus point: they don’t serve breakfast. But there’s a mall nearby to make up for that."

"The absolute best bed & breakfast in San Francisco! Cleanest rooms, friendliest and most attentive staff, great location, most delicious breakfasts and snacks/baked goodies throughout the day. Our son graduated from USF this past Saturday and we’ve consistently stayed here. On our next trip to S.F., just to visit and explore more we’ll stay there again!"
