"When we checked in after our check in time, our room wasn't ready. Then the room that they gave us looked old and didn't have any hangers to hang our clothes. We called down to the lobby for someone to bring us some hangers and no one came to the room. We thought that since the hotel is located in Torrance, it would be a better experience and a better room. Unfortunately, that wasn't the case. The entire property feels old and poorly maintained, and the furniture is outdated and worn out.
