"I travelled with 2 girlfriends and we stayed in a 3 bedroom villa with a private pool. The villa was very clean and comfortable. When we arrived to check in at 1:30, our room was not ready yet which we assumed it wouldn't be because check in is at 3pm. Had lunch at the rook top restaurant and views were beautiful and the food was delicious, however service was very slow and they were not busy. Our room was not ready for us to check into until well after 5pm and we were given a voucher for $75...

"We booked a long-term stay for December 2025 through January 2026 for our wedding, honeymoon, and winter break. On December 30, 2025, housekeeping entered our cottage and left the door open. Our dog escaped during this time. We were not notified for approximately two hours. The property owner did not contact us directly or provide an incident report. Our dog, Pax, has been missing since that date. As of writing this review, it has been 34 days. The property also had multiple maintenance issues...

"Would not recommend if you’re accessible. There are no elevators, no body helps you with your luggage’s. The bar staff are very friendly. Reception is rude, and need to be trained properly as each person said something different. "

"Overall, the check-in and room were great. The only thing is about the villas is that there’s only air condition in the bedrooms in that in the entire living space and you get charged for the usage. If you go over, thankfully we didn’t go over by too much also we thought that there was something a little off with the sheets as we have been breaking out on the first night so we asked if the sheets could be replaced and they were but we still were breaking out on our Skin. if you do not rent a car...

"It was so pleasant . The view of the pool on the property and bar as well from the balcony was nice. Bar food and drinks were good. The security and bar tender were attentive and kind. I will def go back. We felt safe walking the property at night and it is gated . Plenty of parking ."

"The young lady who checked us in was amazing and very kind and helpful. I did not get her name but she had short blond hair. She was great. There were also several other employees who went the extra mile to make us feel welcome. Chunalies greeted us with a warm smile and graciousness from our first encounter until we left. "I loved the property. I thought the staff were absolutely excellent. The pool, the bars, and the beach on property were perfect. I do wish that they did a better job with cleanliness in the rooms. There were certain areas of the room that could’ve been cleaned better. But my overall stay was excellent."
