staff work very hard to keep this hotel clean. Need better amenities like bigger hand soap. Need more detail cleaning in the rooms. Every day we had Indian tour groups and they were very noisy! They do shopping at night come back at about mid night then start packing doors open and talking loudly and going one room to other until 3 in the early morning. We complain to front desk and offered room change but all the floors were same! Someone from staff should go and asked them to shut room doors and keep quiet. Breakfast time also same, loud talking and full of people, but staff did good job filling up food items!

I love this hotel!!! The staff are so kind . The room is lovely . Comfy bed nice shower lots of storage and a robe and slippers
I was in Thailand for 6 weeks, this beautiful hotel was my Favorite .
