Hyatt Place Panama City Beach
The room was very nice and clean, very good air and heat and the view was some of the best I’ve seen!!!!! The staff was all around accommodating and was very friendly, one of the staff must’ve been a manager he gave my little boy an ice cream. Would recommend

Check in staff was friendly, the room had a kitchen (with dishes and cutlery which was appreciated!). The room was very clean however we discovered one set of sheets were soiled when going to bed. Customer service on check in was great! A small hiccup with room assignment that got sorted with a simple complaint(even upgraded me for the trouble to the top floor!).
