Seahaven Beach Hotel

4/10 Poor

"The room we stayed in was a suite. It was supposed to have 2 tvs and it only came with one. The first room had a full bed and the second had a king. The full beds mattress was terribly uncomfortable. The king was comfy. The pull out sofa was paper thin and covered in plastic so anytime someone moved it made a crackling noise. Needless to say, we did not sleep on that every night. The floors didn't seem clean. They turned your bare feet black. The shower had hairballs stuck to the walls when we got there. Our shower rod fell down and we asked for a new one and they came back and hung it too high. It wasn't a tension rod so we couldn't fix it. Water got all over the floor when we showered after that. Everything just seemed really dingy. Also there was no in room thermostat. Not a huge deal, just kind of a bummer. The pool was probably the best thing the hotel had to offer. Overall, wouldn't recommend staying there for more than a weekend especially with little kids!"

Embassy Suites by Hilton Panama City Beach Resort

"Right after check in I got in the room and the air was not working. Maintenance came to take a look and he was amazing! He restarted the unit and said he would watch it while I went to dinner… came back and it was back working.. however the last night of my stay the unit went out again… so I went ahead and checked out at 11:30 pm the night before I was supposed to check out. Also the bathroom has to have standing water some where due to the constant issues with mosquitoes."

Beachside Resort Panama City Beach

"The place is an older hotel that really needs a thorough cleaning. Our beds and bedding were clean but there was carpet in both sleep spaces and it wasn’t clean, literally had to wipe sand and ‘grocery store’ feet off before getting into bed. It smelled a bit musty/damp too. The shower was tiny with poor water pressure. The pool and proximity to the beach were wonderful, though! The staff was kind and accommodating, but prepare to pay $15 per day to park."

"The hotel is in a great location but the rooms are worn out and in desperate need of an update and remodel. No hot water even after maintenance reset the hot water heater. The bed was so worn out that they sunk down jn the middle. Stove was worn and didn't work properly. The worst part of the whole place was the pool was disgusting! The 3 nights we were there the pool or area around it was not cleaned! There was either dog poop ( seahaven is not pet friendly) of human poop on the pool deck and it had not been cleaned the whole time. One thing for sure is that we will NEVER stay there again and i will definitely never recommend it to anyone!"

"The room itsself was goid hotel amenity were great. However getting locked out of my room multipal times, was not great. Maintenance had to come to my room 3 separate times to fix the door. Parking was a compleate mess. Staff was as attentive as could be "

Bikini Beach Resort

"You have to pay for ice there $7 a bag. Parking is not free it’s $15 per day. We got a kitchenette and there was no silverware plates or pans. Towels and washcloths that they provided here were so thin and rough. The soap and conditioner in the shower were very cheep and didn’t smell good. For the amount we paid for a week I would have thought it would have been a little better. The stay was not horrible."

Radisson Beachfront Hotel - Panama City Beach

"My wife and I booked a beach view room on the 8th floor. Great hotel location, 20 min away from Rosemary Beach. It was a decent stay to say the least, the only reason I would give 4-stars instead of 5 is due to the general condition of the room. The paint was tearing off the ceiling, the baseboards looked rotted out but painted over. There was a strong, rotten odor coming from the sink. The price for the room is great so that’s the only reason it makes this a small issue."
