"To start with the mattresses were really old & smell in addition the mattress in the sofabed showed signs of rust & spoilage. The AC compressor was inside the room and we heard loud noises all night long. To top it off cockroaches were rampant at night to the point my son and I had one on our head and neck and had to chase it waking up the whole family. Horrible stay. Thank you"

"We had a great stay. Front desk was very helpful and our room was nice. We didn’t try the pool, but it looked fun. Breakfast was great with lots of options. Would stay here again."

"Our room was clean and staff assisted us with our needs. The person at the desk was great. Very patient with my many questions. Friendly and helpful. There was adequate parking. Laundry room with two washers and two dryers. Maintained and kept clean. Pool clean and well maintained. It is a place I would definately stay at if in the area again."

"Definitely on the lower end of the Hilton Brand. The room was spacious and bed was comfortable. If you are going on a cruise or spending a majority of time at the beach then this hotel isn't bad at all."

"No pillowcases. Beds had 1 sheet and 1 blanket. The towels were damp. Light in bathroom was burned out. Curtain did not close entirely. The staff was polite. The neighborhood was pretty sketchy."

"I immediately contacted Expedia for a refund and got NO help. Don’t buy the insurance, it’s a joke. Baymont saved the day. Right next door. It was Horrible. The smell in the office was enough…and trust me I left and we to the store tried to convince myself and kids to just touch it out… but came back and the smell made me literally say idgad what the it cost were not staying here and literally booked a room in the parking lot. And the price difference was $20 for a COMPLETELY different...
