"I am pretty honest when it comes to hotels and reviews but have to say this is the most beautiful place to stay. Our room had floor to ceiling windows and we could open 3 sides and look into lush nature with a great plunge pool and a fabulous hotel pool.This is stars above anywhere else we stayed in thailand. I dont want to leave a review as I want it to remain a hidden gem! The beautiful setting and one of a kind rooms are very aesthetic with great attention to detail and with the environment...

"wow, we love this hotel first off. We got a room with the sea facing view and we did have a beautiful ocean view. The room was absolutely beautiful. The hotel grounds, immaculate, and all of the architecture was so interesting and perfectly planned. The staff were beyond friendly when we showed up to breakfast 10 minutes early they open the door and welcomed us in and on our last day we had to leave even earlier than that they opened breakfast just for us now that’s what I call Service! "This is a new property and you can feel it (in a good way) Staff especially the site managers are lovely and very professional The rooms are clean, spacious, and comfortable. The pools are all very well thought out. Our baby enjoyed the kids pool and the beachfront pool is beautiful with a very nice vibe - music is just the right volume. The beach here is nicer than other resorts weve stayed at in khao lak. I recommend this hotel for sure."

"엄마랑 처음 간 자유여행이였어요! 마지막을 메리어트로 마무리한건 진짜 최고의 선택이였어요ㅎㅎ 엄마가 다녀온지 일년이 다되어가는데도 아직도 메리어트 너무 좋았다고 얘기해요ㅋㅋㅋ 방도 풀 억세스룸으로 업글해주셔서 좋았어요! 직원들 친절한건 당연하고, 엄마와 호텔에서 진행하는 다양한 프로그램들 알차게 했었는데 다 너무 재밌었어요ㅎㅎ 요가, 수건접기, 플로팅요가, 크루통만들기 등등 조식도 훌륭했고, 무엇보다 해변 선베드에 앉아있으면 점심시간 쯤 각 자리에 해당하는 QR코드 박혀있는 나무통을 주는데 그걸로 들어가서 점심도 시켜먹을 수 있어서 너무 편했어요! 카오락 한국인도 많이 없고 정말 행복했습니다!"

"We stayed here for 2 nights while in Khao Lak. The staff was very friendly and helpful, we were able to check-in a bit earlier as we were moving from our previous location. They also shared tips for Khao Lak and were available when needed. The room was very spacious and clean, looked very new as well (we were staying at Seashell house which is located 3 min walking from the main property). The area around is lively and full of shops and restaurants, as well as conveniently close to the beach....
