"Positives: The room had an amazing sunrise, the breakfast area and breakfast food was amazing. The patio area was nice to sit and do some journal entries. We were able to park our rental car in front with no issue. It was a short 15 minute drive to the Oslob whale shark site. Negatives: The room shower smelled very very bad, we didnt even use it. "I really liked this hotel. They were very helpful about helping me find my way around Dumaguete. The hotel is an easy walk to the Coatal road where there are lots of restaurants, but the food was so good at the hotel, I hardly went out to eat. The breakfast is fantastic. They also have these bagels with egg and different meats. They are delicious any time of day."

"We stayed in a Junior Suite and initially had a good experience. The resort was very clean, well maintained, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The housekeeping team was kind, and the on-site medic was professional and supportive when we needed assistance. Unfortunately, our stay was overshadowed by a serious maintenance issue. During the night, the air-conditioning unit leaked water onto the floor near the bathroom entrance. The leak went unnoticed while we were asleep, and in the morning my fiancée slipped on the water when walking to the restroom. She fell and injured her back. The staff responded professionally, and the hotel kindly extended our checkout from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM. While we appreciated their assistance, we still had to catch a ferry to Cebu and then continue to the airport for our flight back to Australia. The incident caused significant stress, disrupted our travel plans, and my fiancée was in considerable pain throughout the journey. While I acknowledge the kindness and professionalism of the staff who assisted us, a preventable maintenance issue resulted in an injury and had a major impact on the final day of our trip. Because of that, I cannot rate the stay positively despite the otherwise good aspects of the property."

"Staff was super friendly & very helpful at all times. Breakfast was very good. Pool was nice. Room was good, with nice art decor, but it was a little dusty. But what caught our attention was the toilet room. It was very compact, toilet was positioned so close to the wall, your head almost touches the wall, making it kind of hard to do number 2, lol. But overall, good place to be in Dumaguete."
