"Very well presented, clean room. Location was top notch, nice and quiet, only the beautiful sound of the ocean. The only issue I had was the nearly $12 surcharge. My husband and I stay in hotels on average 4 times per year, in different locations including Auckland, Tauranga and even Queenstown in June and never paid anywhere near this amount and wonder what we are actually paying for. I thought it may be a charge for the eftpos machine as I used GPay and asked if it would make a difference if I insert my bank card to which I was told, no it wouldn't make a difference."
