"First, there was no microwave in the room. My husband had to go to office to heat up water for our morning coffee. I found out on check-out that we could have requested a microwave??? Not sure why the guy who let my husband heat up water at 5:30 am didn't tell him that??? The pool was phenomenal. I got in there three times (it was very rainy early part of the week). Beautiful pool. Breakfasts were fine. Nothing fancy. Only got my bed made once in 6 nights. Thought that was weird."

"The staff was so nice. Everything was amazing. They surprised my daughter with an amazing birthday gift! The only issue is the room wasn't as clean as I would have liked it to be but they did resolve that quickly!"

"Checking in a 9pm, I got the "Neglected room" behind the elevators. The bathroom sink was clogged, the floor made your feet brown if you were barefoot. But, since I brought it to the nice staff's attention, it should all be fixed for the next people who end up in "that room"."

"Parking with safe and easy but the food they only serve one brand of meat and that's pork which is not good add a little turkey sausage or turkey patties to their menu is badly needed for people that don't eat pork!"

"The room and bathroom was not cleaned very well. Very old, used blanket on bed. Trains and airplanes heard a large part each day and night. "

"Bedsheet had a hole in it, but did look clean. The bathtub and bathroom in general are not in good condition at all. The microwave has not been cleaned. Other than that. It did look at least clean. I had stayed there once before the room was in a much better condition than this one, but this day was a little disappointing. For what they charge I would expect a little bit better conditions."

"Room was a bit dated but spotless, the staff excellent, fabulous location and views. Only drawback was the beach had suffered storm erosion and it and the beach bar was closed. Jetty park and beautiful beaches very close by. The restaurant, a separate attached business, was always hopping with great food and extensive bar with excellent staff. I expect to return many times. "

"The worst thing was the hygiene of the food buffet and the service staff. They use the same gloves to serve the food, arrange the bread, mop the floor with a rag and pick up the trash from the floor. I saw a person picking up leftovers from the fried egg bowl that had fallen and putting them back in the plate…Terrible!!! Too much space in the room, can be added some kitchen tools. "
