Hotel berdekatan Pantai Newbury

"That's our favorite place to go !"

"staff helpful"

"We were promised a king and got a full"

"Incredible view! Covered parking. Nice cafe on the property too."

"The staff made you feel very welcome. They were so helpful. The food at the restaurant was delicious. Highly recommend."

"The room was very nice and roomy but did have a bit of a musty smell upon arrival. The staff was very friendly and helpful and the fact that they offered breakfast was a nice touch. The biggest drawback really was the stairs. They are quite steep and difficult to maneuver with luggage. I saw another guest fall trying to navigate his luggage. I never would have gotten my big suitcase up the stairs by myself. I do have to say that the person at the front desk offered assistance if needed,...

"This place was very clean and spacious. We loved having a big living room as well as a bedroom. The location is also great because you're right across the bridge from downtown Newburyport. We would walk over and it was only a 15 minute walk to all the restaurants, and you got beautiful views of the water along the way. The only complaint was the walls are VERY thin. "Loved the Inn! So much charm. Others were staying there, just know that it is a self-check in system with a # to reach for assistance."

"air conditioning and hot water both did not work beyond minimally room nice acess easy"

"The property is a beautifuly maintained inn with spacious, comfortable suites. The staff is very accommodating and friendly, and breakfast is delicious. The location can't be beat. Shops and restaurants are within easy walking distance, but the area around the inn is quiet. The waterfront harbor is also just a short walk away."

"The Rockport House far exceeded our expectations. Great spot, we will definitely visit again in the future."

"Overall a nice property. My issues were the noise from the road starting at 6:00 am, there was no bottle of wine as advertised and I couldn’t get the NFL game on the TV. Not a big deal but for the money, might be better off elsewhere."
