"Great location but hotel needs renovating. Rooms and bathroom are dirty. Carpet is nasty. Bottom of my feet would get dark after walking around in room. Mold/mildew in rooms & a/c. Room would not get cold. Bathtub had mildew, they need vent fan to remove humidity. A/C would not remove humidity well and the room wouldn’t get cold. Needs more refrigerant and good cleaning. Elliot, our bellboy, is the best! Very courteous and helpful!"

"The room was clean; however, there were SO many bugs (on the floor, in the bed, on the wall). We had a blocked group and several complained amongst each other regarding the bug situation. During a rainstorm, 2 of our rooms started flooding. When asked about receiving new and clean towels, staff was rude and stated they didn't have any. Fortunately, some were located and dropped off to our room."

"Room was outdated. Broken floor tiles. Freezer/fridge leaked from ice buildup in freezer. Needed painted. Other roo.s had been updated but this one I guess had yet to be done. Great view on oceanside though."

"The only thing that was good was the view and closeness of the beach. The room was nasty there was rotting food under the bed. Stains on everything bed etc. , dust build up everywhere, and curtains were stained and falling apart. Cigarettes on the patio. We paid $40 a night to upgrade on top of our regular payment. I have pictures of everything. I told management and they said "sorry about under the bed" it was absolutely nasty! Parking was ridiculous they double you up so you can have a...
