"The property is a mini animal sanctuary, with many agouti running around and sloths hanging in the trees. Many birds and frogs and even a kinkajou, although hard to spot. The hosts are very nice and helpful, Marise will make sure you and comfortable and Pierre will tell you all about the wildlife. The room is clean and comfortable, although there is no AC, so keep that in mind. It is walkable to Cahuita although a couple more min out of the way than some of the other hotels, wasn’t a problem to...

"Without Google we would have had a hard time finding it! In our room there was a shrieking noise which we assume was from the water system - it seemed to be connected to the toilet which sometimes did not flush well. We reported it at the desk when we left - really just a minor concern. Overall we had a very pleasant stay there. Liked the restaurant having tables on the beach - shades of "Death in Paradise" on the TV!"

"The place was awesome and customer service was beyond great, she was always there for my family when I needed it and I can’t thank her enough how awesome she was with me and my family. It is the best place I recommend any body to travel and stay whether is by yourself or your family. "We loved it here! Beds were soft, the room was very clean. The staff was very friendly. Check-in was fast and easy. The property was lovely the beach is right outside the door. We Would recommend it for anyone."

"Unique experience surrounded by a lush garden. The curtains makes a very nice soft light during the day. Obviously in an open space you can't have AC... The heat can be a bit too much sometimes. Just be aware of that."

"From the second we were dropped off by our shuttle, we were greeted by Sharon & Eric and given a tour of the property and the keys to our villa. Sharon & Eric are so inviting and go above and beyond making you feel extremely welcomed. The villas are beautiful and very well appointed. The grounds and pool are beautiful and very well maintained and the breakfast crew were amazing and exceeded our expectations daily. We loved our time at Villa Piña. "

"Nice hotel with good breakfast. The staff was friendly. Good parking possibilities. The only negative was that they did not serve any food (except breakfast) and that the roof made a lot of noise when it was raining (there are some kind of plastic protection on the roof of the room which make the rain sound a lot, hard to sleep without earplugs). "

"this is such a beautiful space with kind and courteous staff. The resort is so serene and beautiful, and rich with wild costa rican nature. Just the occasional inconsistencies with the cleanliness of the floors, and odors in the room, that could be resolved with more attention to cleaning and by providing air fresheners - that was my only critique. As the resort is often fully booked because it's truly a gem."
