"Enjoyed free onsite parking, great customer service, and spacious room. Only set back was loft did not have an air conditioning vent so on a hot day, was difficult to cool. However, staff brought up an oscillating fan to use. "

"The staff was very friendly. The room was nice, it needed a few repairs but nothing that would make us not want to stay again. There is a restaurant and bar on the property which was really convenient. We enjoyed the food. The best part was it was right across the street from the beach. Parking was difficult at times because all the parking spaces were full. "

"My family and I stayed overnight in the second floor Renaissance Rose room (Suite 5). The bed was much bigger than I thought it would be and was very comfortable. There was a gas fireplace in the spacious room and windows on two different walls. The 'family room' had a large U-shaped couch which gave the three of us plenty of room to ourselves. It could pull out into a bed but my tall son chose to just put a sheet on it and use the extra provided blanket. He said it was very comfortable. There...

"The property was refurbished about 2 years ago and it is delightful. Clean and spacious. The rooms are huge and well appointed. The staff is helpful and kind. The breakfast was the typical complimentary breakfast with precooked eggs and a waffle machine. It's a great location. Literally 10 minutes to pick up someone at SFO and 35 to the Wharf or Mission District. Free parking included. You get a great deal for the price. "

"The welcome staff were excellent. They offer free coffee in lobby and they have a lounge for wine and cocktails. The room was not bad. It had a smell of older furniture, which wasn't off-putting but just reminded me of my grandma's house. However, it was still comfortable and clean. The AC in our room was very loud. Bathroom was nice."

"Hotel was clean. It is close to the airport. A few spots were available for parking our rental car, so everything we needed for our flight out the next day worked out. Plenty of reasonable restaurants within walking distance as well. Convenient and clean."
