"The Hotel Maria is in pristine condition. Everything is brand new. The room was beautiful and extremely clean. The lobby and pantry were also beautiful. There was a great selection if snacks, drinks, and breakfast foods. The staff was friendly and professional. I loved this hotel and hope to return."

"We stayed in the Blue Grotto and it was lovely! It is spacious and not connected to the main house, but still have all the conveniences. The bed is extremely high of the ground, so if you are short, you will have to jump or get something to step on. Breakfast was superb!!! Matt and Katie are great hosts and fabulous cooks."

"I stayed in room 108, and had absolutely no issues. The room was down at the end of the building, but still overlooked the road. The room was clean, the bed was big and comfortable, and the bathroom and shower facilities were well maintained. The outside of the building has seen better days, but it is the end of summer and I’m sure given time the owners will take care of it. Overall, a good stay, and I will stay here again."

"You can’t beat the location! The girls at the front desk were very sweet and helpful with recommendations in the area. The room was clean and spacious enough for us (two adults and a child). The separate bedroom was a nice feature. The shower was tiny..no issue for us but could be for some..but it was clean. If you’re looking for a decently priced place, across the street from the ocean, and are ok with simple, no frills accommodations- it’s a win!"

"Fabulous location near Misquamicut beach. Loved the private beach parking and bathrooms. The continental breakfast was good. Nice warm tasty muffins. The things to note is this is a true motel. Our room had a large main window facing parking area and pool. The downside to this was we were on the ground level and had to keep shade closed as everyone could see in. Could also clearly hear folks in next room. Very clean and well maintained"
