"A little apprehensive when we first approached and checked in. But that soon went away when we went into our mini apartment. It was great and in fantastic condition. We stayed in the Viva property which im guessing was quite new. Staff were super friendly. Value for momey was extremely good."

"Most unique property we have ever stayed at in Phang Nga. Simply gorgeous, classic Thai architecture and the villas were generously sized with plunge pools. The people and service were absolutely lovely. The entire experience was very warm. We will definitely stay here again, however, will endeavor to visit next time in the non rainy season. "the property seems the cheapes among the others but the facility doesn't provide a common standard of hostels, the window showing the inside part with mirrors like a shop and so no curtain for the entrance part.. the noise is inside the facility cause not being defeated by any sound isolation, the window glass has only 1 layer the hostel asked me 200 Baht because I have used their bed sheet, asked for cleaning the bed sheet..this can be also asked by a hotel named Winrisa Place at the same...

"Very close to the airport and clean but the room is tiny with a very odd and dangerous series of boxes that you have to use I get to a raised bed area. Not suitable for all I imagine and god help you if you fall coming down."

"Dirty "

"Charging about 100 US dollar for this and not as they promised pay back the money to us. (when we not even moved in to the room). They just refuse! Terrible experience. No reception, had to figure out a telephone number on a small sign on the window and some non english speaking person eventually showed up. Entrance and wiew showed on the pictures. Stay away from this cheating joint if you like a nice holiday!"

"Gorgeous resort and staff. This place was marvelous. Exceeded my expectations. We booked a 2 bedroom suite and were upgraded to a 2 bedroom with private pool. This resort had everything — bikes, tennis courts, beach, kids and teen clubs. Wish we could stay for 6 months. "
