"Great location. Unfortunately the experience at the reception was negative. First they disputed that I had already paid through Expedia and secondly they argued (even though the Amex logo is on their website and payment device that they accept Amex). Both things were apparently not true / the stay was paid for thru Expedia with Amex. The worst part was that they didn’t answered any of my email or Expedia messages. They went dark. I had to dispute the charge through my bank. Bummer as the rest...

The hotel staff went out of their way to make sure we had a great experience, including booking restaurant reservations and helping us find information about the surrounding area. The hotel and beds were very clean and comfortable. The breakfast was a nice bonus too. Overall it was a superb stay. Would book this hotel again without hesitation!"
