The location was perfect and the penthouse unit was suburb. Has everything you need. Staff was very friendly. On Saturday night there were a lot of young adult locals partying loud and late in the front parking area which was annoying and disruptive to our sleep

The star of my stay was Marco, the night porter. When it turned out I didn't have a ticket for my home journey, he was instrumental in getting me home at the right time. He researched the logistics required to make a flight on the other side of the island, and I made it with literally minutes to spare. Without his help, I would have been delayed at least 24 hours, if not more. I am also grateful to Ambra for recommending the restaurant Raya, where I had the best meal of my stay. As for the hotel itself, the amenities feel more 4-star than 5-star, aside from the location, the amazing jewellery in the lobby and the entrance. The pool was freezing. But the people who work there are wonderful.

We stayed for one night and it’s the most perfect location if you don’t have a long time in Taormina. The check in was very efficient and they called us beforehand to make sure our driver knew directions - when we arrived there was someone waiting for us before the road to the hotel (as its pedestrian only) they took our luggage and it was a premium service. Antonio and Salvatore checked us in and Antonio gave us a wonderful tour of the building and he was so friendly Abdulla passionate about the hotel - would recommend the hotel 10/10
Side note - there is a bit of noise so if you are sensitive to this bring earplugs

Too crowded and you need to pre-book sunbeds online or you spend all day walking up and down looking for space to sit/lie on the beach.
