"Clean room, great customer service, great location"

"Staff was professional and very nice. They did their best to fix all the things that were wrong. 1. I had to ask that fresh towels be delivered the next day. It was not done as an automatic service. No, the night person couldn't leave a note for day staff. I had to come back in the morning. 2. The room was permanently set at 61 degrees, and it took quite a while to get the temperature up to a liveable 70 degrees. We went out, and when we came back, it had reverted to 61. I fixed it again. 3. For two adults staying two nights, we had 1 washcloth and 1 tiny hand towel, plus three bath towels. 4. The queen beds had double bed top sheets on them that were turned sideways to make then wide enough. That left them too short lengthwise, so the covers only came up to my armpits. I am 5'2" and had to squirm down to the bottom of the bed to get the covers over my shoulders. What would a tall person do? 5. The shower curtain was rumpled, thin fabric and too short,so water went all over the floor. Lower the rod. 6. I came down for breakfast the next morning and asked that towels be delivered. I was handed a generous stack to carry back to the room. Fearful that I might not get any breakfast, I took them up to my room and made it in time to the buffet. 8.A board of the faux wood flooring was coming up in the main traffic path of the room. I tripped on it twice. 9. Housekeepers should reset alarm clock to avoid it going off in the wee hours, which ruined the next day for me. "

"We showed up a little early for check in time, but called ahead and Vlad helped us out! Room was nice and the bed was super comfortable. Breakfast could’ve been better and ready at the time it said and not cold, but it’s not the main thing to stay for at a hotel. Im happy to find that it is walkable to the beach even after many reviews saying it wasnt, but those must’ve been old because there’s sidewalks and crosswalks. I dont really have any bad gripes with the place other than the door is a little raised so you can hear EVERYTHING. "

"The Hotel was clean and well maintained however our bed mattress was not comfortable and the toilet was so low to the floor. The toilet needs to be upgraded to taller toilet for better seating comfort and the bed needs a softer mattress for better sleep."
