"Had a pleasant stay at Home2Suites by Hilton Baltimore/White Marsh Maryland. The room was large and clean with a kitchenette area. The amenities were good. They gave what they needed to give. Also impressive was the continental breakfast. The food was good with enough options. Also appreciated that there was always fruit available through out the day. The Guest Service Manger went above and beyond to ensure that I had a pleasant stay at the property. His polite, professional and upbeat demeanor was the cherry on top. Would recommend this property for to any one needing a recommendation in the Baltimore/White Marsh Maryland area. Thanks to Timothy and Ted for making my stay at the Home2Suites by Hilton awesome!"

"The staff was helpful but I informed management that housekeeping wasn’t doing their job. The rooms were half clean and the towels and washcloths need to have an expiration date because they were dingy and It had streak marks. I brought my own towels and washcloth. The free breakfast was OK if you wanted something to get you by. It was better than the other hotel, considering I left the other spot because they had roaches."

"The elevator was broken. They did not have enough wash rags & towels. They told my adults children to come back in the morning and ask for amenities. Instead of going out their way to provide us with them. The hallway smelled like smoke . The telephone in the room was broke. The back door was broke and unsafe. This was a scary and the worst experience I had in a long time.. No sleep everyone use that back door they knew no key was needed."
