"We kind of picked this place online, not realizing what a great location it was for visiting Seattle. It’s an easy walk from a light rail station, so getting in and out of the city is no problem, and it also has free parking. So on the days when we rented a car and drove to Issaquah and Bainbridge Island etc. that was easy too. And the hotel itself was lovely."

"Everything we needed plus excellent service. Mini-Fridges don't come with the room typically but are available if you have a need and make a request. Walked down University Way and ate dinner at Just Burgers. Delicious. There's a breakfast cafe downstairs to right of checkin if you need to leave quickly and get on the road. Bagels, bacon, egg, cheese etc. Valet parking was very quick. Everyone very polite. Definitely would stay again."

"The building itself is the highlight. Getting in late was a bit of a hassle - Get this in order before you arrive. Also, shared bathrooms were fine, just a slight inconvenience."

"I enjoyed staying here and would be happy to return if I find myself in the area again at some point! The guesthouse was located in a quiet area (a bit of road noise, nothing more that I noticed) and was very clean. I didn't smell any heavily scented cleaning products, I thought the bed and linens were comfortable, and I was comfortable with the building/room access system. Communication with the hosts was quick and clear, and my initial confusion around the parking situation cleared up as soon as I realized that the hosts had actually sent annotated photos as well as text instructions ("
