Hotel Dekat Pantai Matorral

"Wir hatten die Presidential Suite gebucht – das teuerste Zimmer im Hotel. Vier Tage vor Anreise wurde uns mitgeteilt, dass wir wegen eines angeblichen technischen Defekts zunächst in einer anderen Suite untergebracht würden und die Preisdifferenz erstattet bekämen. Das haben wir akzeptiert. Vor Ort wurde uns bereits gesagt, dass wir nach genau vier Tagen umziehen könnten. Am zweiten Urlaubstag sahen wir jedoch, dass beide Presidential Suiten die ganze Zeit von anderen Gästen bewohnt waren....

Strong points are as follows; quite tidy and neat in the communal areas, good food at the breakfast and dinner buffets, polite staff, brilliantly easy access to the pool, complimentary cava in the afternoons, breathtaking views from the sea facing room! So pretty strong on most fronts. Negatives are as follows; caters mostly to German travellers but would certainly help if English proficiency was stronger amongst reception. The kind man at reception who helped us when my friend hurt her ankle and arranged transport for us ❤️ the food was fabulous and was different everyday. Something for everyone. No existe las toallas de piscina pagas 15 euros por toallas de depósito y cuando la regresa para el lavado 1 euros cuando pague por un todo incluido, me parece vergonzoso. The service was outstanding, and the entire staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, especially the ladies at the reception, who were always kind and welcoming. Nothing was ever too much trouble.
