"Excellent location to enjoy the beaches and restaurants of castiglione della Pescaia, and to drive to other nearby beaches and ports. The hotel has free car parking about 10min walk from the hotel. Lovely hotel room with lots of space and a comfy bed. Very clean room and bathroom and useful kitchen facilities. Could have done with more coat-hangers in the wardrobe, and they probably would have provided some if we'd bothered to ask! Thank you!!!"

"The property seemed very new and was very clean and spacious. We did have a room with a terrace but being December and in the middle of a storm we didnt get to use it but I'd imagine it would be lovely on a nice warm evening. It is overlooked by high rise buildings so not private. We felt very welcome on arrival and were shown how to use the facilities. The rooms are above a restaurant which even though they had a party that evening we didn't hear much noise and very local to the main streets...

"Zentral gelegen. Gute Möglichkeiten essen zu gehen. Sauber und ordentlich. Leider etwas laut und keine direkten Parkplätze. Gesamtheitlich jedoch sehr gut."

"B&b molto carino,la stanza mare davvero ben arredata e accogliente.Pulizia impeccabile. Posizione comoda per il mare e per il passeggio.Le stanze si trovano al secondo piano,nel sottotetto e la finestra è un lucernario.Lo sconsiglio per chi ha problemi motori perché ci sono due scale ripide,ma per tutti gli altri li consiglio vivamente, letto comodo e specialmente davvero pulitissimo. La colazione si fa al bar in via Roma."
