"This hotel was the worst I've stayed in! The place was run down and the person at the front desk was lacking severely in customer service, eye contact or common courtesy. I asked if there were extra blankets in the room, she said without looking up, you would have to ask for one. No further response from her. So I asked, can I please have an extra blanket, to which she went in the back, brought it out and put it roughly on the counter. The room we were given had a dank musty smell and the...

"Such a fantastic stay and close to everything. Was there for business but was able to take in the beauty of the hotel. The rooftop is phenomenal. Close to a lot of really good restaurants. Parking is secure in the garage. Definitely recommend."

"It was a very walkable area with many close restaurants nearby. The room was clean but had a ridiculously expensive minibar in the room so bring snacks and drinks so you will not be tempted. I asked for a late check out due to my cruise time and was granted only one hour. I do not suggest this property for pre-cruise accommodations."

"Great stay. The host was very responsive and space was beautiful. More than sufficient laundry facilities, privacy, and lovely location. The only drawback was parking. If you have no need for a vehicle, perfect otherwise you may need to hunt down a spot some days. It really depends on time of day and day of week. Street parking but it's free so that is a bonus. I met some really great fellow travelers as well."

"The parking can be difficult to navigate if you are not familiar with the area. I was not aware that I had to register at one location and stay in another, so that was a bit overwhelming. Also, not having a bathroom in the room was a bit frustrating. However, the property itself was great, and the staff was extremely helpful!"

"Stay here every time I fly up to visit family, rarely disappointed. Especially if my room is in the water side for the sunrise/set, tides, sea mammals, and ducks....all things I miss about growing up in WA, in Silverdale/Kitsap"

"Crumbs and dog hair all over carpet. Upstairs tenant was extremely loud the whole entire 48 hrs of my stay. Blew cigarette smoke at us every time we came in the front entrance while he was outside smoking. Not an accurate description or photos, don’t waste your money."
