I was there during the Spanish countrywide electricity outages and the staff went out of their way to help guests who couldn’t travel onwards to spend the night in the lounges which was exceptionally gracious- well done "

The hotel is also very clean(the staff make sure to clean the rooms everyday) and the breakfast is big, good and free.
