Clean room, very well kept building, great location and accessibility.
Though the wifi was very bad. Which makes it difficult to work. And very bad noise on the 3d floor.

Very private and relaxing villa! Beautiful landscaping. The property is located right across the street from the beach. Breakfast was cooked for us every morning in our villa and it was delicious. We all enjoyed our stay very much.

The airport transfer was excellent.
Breakfast was also very good with a wide choice.
The pool was lovely and clean, and friendly staff throughout.
The location was very convenient with a shopping mall and supermarket across the road.
If you're looking for a quiet stay this may not be an ideal choice though. Road noise on the outside rooms and the first night a Balinese dance and music next to the pool just under my balcony (if stopped at 8:30 though which was fair enough) and other entertainments on alternate nights.
