"I booked the apartment room for one night. I was traveling by myself and had a long journey that day. Upon arrival, the host told me that there had been a 'mistake' and that she had given the room away to other guests. She showed me my booking that she had printed out with BIG BLACK BOLD letters across the top confirming the room my type. So I am unsure how such an 'error' may have occurred. Anyway, I am usually flexible and understanding, so when she told me that she had one room left, I asked...

"Fantastic hotel, we loved everything about it. Nice big and light rooms, comfortable beds, very clean, the service in the absolute top, the location outstanding. We are on a long biketrip sleeping on many hotels and this is our absolute favorite hotel"

"Keine Zimmer- und Badreinigung in 5 Tagen, Bad ohne Ablagemöglichkeiten und alter Duschvorhang, alte Handtücher, freundliches, aber überlastetes Personal, Wartezeiten beim Frühstück, da zu wenig Plätze für die vielen Gäste. Alte und schmutzige Terrassenmöbel vor dem Speisesaal. Das Frühstück war ausreichend und es wurde immer nachgelegt. Es war eine preiswerte Unterkunft, aber nicht den Preis wert. Könnte man mehr draus machen. Sind etwas enttäuscht abgereist."
