"This is a very small, quiet, low key place to stay. They don't have a full-time person at the desk but they arrange to be there for your check-in and are beyond kind and friendly. The room was immaculate and there was a little outdoor patio attached. The hotel is located in a steep hill but there are outdoor escalators only one block over that run from 6am-12am. "

"Very good looking location, well maintained and a lot of Charme.
Check in was a little complicated since you need to do everything online to even open the doors. Their is no reception in the building, so if you are struggling with that, you will have to go to a different hotel with a reception (3mins by car).
But we managed to make it work and it was very comfortable.
Breakfast was okay, good quality products but no fresh eggs or coffee on demand. Nespresso works just fine though.

"The way a really nice place to, everything fitted out to a high standard (american fridge, dishwasher, washing machine etc). Huge TVs in the main room and bedroom. Very comfortable beds, small balcony setting area and large living room/kitchen. Great with for families with two bedrooms. Also a handy lift (very new) and secure key code locks.

"Wonderful staff, accomodated a wine bucket, glasses, & cork screw for our room for the Rioja we picked up the day before. They stored our luggage while we walked along the beach promanade after checkout. The parking under the hotel is very convenient. Breakfast was wonderful! "

"Das Hotel liegt direkt an der Kathedrale. Parken ist in Santander schwierig bis unmöglich, daher sollte man das Parkplatz Angebot von Hotel in Erwägung ziehen. Der Empfang war sehr freundlich. "Parking with my car trailer was easy. Sunday night before catching the ferry. There’s a nice cafe a short walk down the hill to the left. Breakfast is buffet style toast, cereals, fruit juices. 10 Euro pp. The rooms are super clean & comfortable. WiFi is a little slow, but is small criticism in my view.
