"We had an excellent stay at Sarova Whitesands Hotel! The service truly feels 5-star – every staff member was warm and welcoming. Breakfast was amazing with lots of choice, and I really enjoyed that they serve tea and snacks at 4pm, which was a lovely touch. The rooms were very comfortable, stocked with towels, bottled water, tea, coffee, and all the basics. The beds and pillows were super comfy, and the views from the hotel are absolutely beautiful. "We were very happy with the location of the hotel from where one can order a Uber or a Tuk Tuk for transport. Supermarkets and shops are within reasonable walking distance. The staff were available to clean the room every day and the room itself was nice an spacious with an ensuite shower room. There were two tables, two chairs as well as a refridgerator and a television. It was nice to have breakfast included which consisted of an omelette, bread,butter, jam, tea coffee, juice etc. "
