Wanted me to pay more and when i sent them a screenshot of the booking they said my rooms is not available and put me and my family in a smaller room and i had to pay cash/mpesa to even get in. Rip off. Stay away from them. They haven't even refunded my money so i apid twice. I can see the person online on Whatsapp and when i call they don't pick up calls. They Are Scammers Beware. "
