"It is advertised as right on the water, and well, it is, except it's a bit of a hike to get to the water and could not view from the room. Room was decent, Nice balcony that did have a view but not as nice as expected. To actually get the views you needed to go hike down to the water. "

"Wow! What a great property! We loved the views from the lawn, and sipping wine or coffee from the Adirondack chairs while gazing at the ocean and beautiful vistas. Small, but clean and comfortable room with everything we needed. Loved how close to the spit it was. Would love to come back! "
