"The manager was super sweet but inaccessible. Without a Korean phone number it was impossible to ever find someone to answer questions or help with issues. The ac stopped blowing the first two nights I was there so it was a bit like sleeping in a tomb until I could find the manager, who, was incredibly sweet and helpful once I did bump into her on day 2 of crazy ac. "The room was nice, clean, and spacious overall. The only issue is that, despite following the instructions posted on the wall for the water heater, the shower was still a bit cool. We may not have given it enough time to warm up, but that was the only issue we encountered. The location is very close to Hamdeok Beach (walking distance). There was parking in front of the storefront (which seemed closed the entire time we were there). It can fit 3 cars tightly. "

"Ocean Suites Hotel Jeju made my visit so comfortable and exceeded my expectations for customer service- kudos to Front Desk and restaurant servers for wonderful buffet breakfast with fresh espresso! A big thank you to housekeeping for an endless supply of fresh fluffy towels and she spotlessly cleaned my room during my excursion filled days. Will come back for sure!"

"The hotel was lovey and the staff friendly and helpful. The restaurant in the hotel was fantastic, and it has a coffee shop and other things attached. Located by the water front but a 5 minute walk from tons of shopping and restaurants. We loved the evenings, when we could sit by the water and listen to live singers, watch kids play and just decompress. There is a hotel store, coin laundry (which was wonderful) and a pool. Definitely would stay here again!"
