"My stay here was wonderful! The room was clean. The continental breakfast was good. The hospitality was off the charts!! The owner and all the staff were so friendly and ready to help you with anything you needed. It didn't matter what time of day it was if you came across any staff you were greeted with a smile asked how you were and if you needed anything. The pools and hot tub were clean and well maintained with a staff member there at all times. I have been going to the cape for many years...

"On July 23rd, the fire alarm went off, unknown to us there was a high level of carbon monoxide in one of the residents rooms. We were let back in to our rooms after an hour, after all the rooms were checked. After I got back to my room after being out all afternoon, I found a gift bag in my room with a beautiful note of apology for the disruption. In my opinion, the staff went over and above"

"We had a great weekend. The kids loved the water park and all the fun activities in the courtyard…s’mores etc. There should be better customer service. Miscommunication with the front desk. The outdoor pool is so nice but closes way too early. We had a long wait time for fresh linen then had to bag the soiled linen myself. Aside from that was a great time and we will definitely return. "

"Breakfast was excellent! Staff really went above and beyond to keep everyone happy and comfortable - even with a huge camp bus staying overnight and overtaking the breakfast area for a chaotic hour. Staff stayed on top of it all! Rooms at least for dogs was squishy, not spacious but adequate for our 3 night stay. No windows if your dog barks when seeing people. Have to keep blinds down. "We booked this room at the last minute for a quick getaway. We were pleasantly surprised how comfortable and clean the room was. The staff was extremely friendly and went out of their way for guests. Everything in the room was upgraded. The inn is in the middle of downtown Hyannis, walking distance to everything including the harbor. The only downsides were their restaurant is closed down (there are plenty of amazing restaurants in town) and I read the inn is going to be converted to upscale...

"It's not fancy or loaded with amenities but it's a good choice if you're looking for clean, comfortable, and a good value."

"We really found this hotel to be very nice! The bed, sheets, pillows were very comfortable. The breakfast (i had read)was disappointing, however we found it to have been well stocked and although the breakfast area got congested, it was quite sufficient. Pool indoor and outdoor. Surprisingly very quiet although it was full. Felt safe. We were very pleased. I would stay there again. "
